How to: Study Your GCSEs Online as an Apprentice

November 1, 2022 | 2years | Apprenticeships

Life as an apprentice can be hectic. You may currently be working a full time job at the moment and on top of this, studying towards a recognised qualification.

However, did you know that you need to have achieved at least a grade C at GCSE level in English and Maths in order to complete your apprenticeship?

You may be thinking you don't have the time to study one or two GCSEs alongside working in your apprenticeship.

Traditionally you would have to attend a college and take either day leave or night classes in order to prepare for your examinations. Depending on how far you live from your closest college, it may take an hour or two to get to the college and then spend an hour or two studying your GCSEs. This doesn’t leave much time for anything else!

The other option is to study your GCSEs online as an apprentice. This gives you the opportunity to study your English and Maths GCSEs at a pace that suits you, on a number of different devices and at any time. This means you can study your GCSEs at home, at work or even on the train or bus. Studying online is completely flexible and allows you to choose how often you want to study. There are no timetables to stick to or allocated times you must be studying, you could even squeeze in some study time on your lunch break if you wanted to!

CloudLearn provide fully accredited online GCSE English and Maths courses, which are awarded by Edexcel and tutor supported for 12 months. Not only that but we offer a Guaranteed Pass on our GCSEs, which means you can focus on your studies worry free!
